I went to see the Used a couple weeks ago, they played with the Bled. It was a fucking awesome show. they played at a club so it was way better than it would have been in an arena.

so, I start at Job Corps soon. I was lucky to get in when I did, I hope it helps me get a fucking job when I finish there. I'm tired of having no money or a way to support myself. I'm taking painting(like for houses and shit) and Plastering, with a side of culinary. they also offer collage classes, I hope there some English or creative writting I could take.

anyway, at least I'm moveing forward in my life.


I got my mohawk back. I tracked down my friend David (he's been drifting from house to house, and never answers his fuckign phone) and we hung out. he gave himself a mohawk (a feakishly straigt one, for just using one mirror, he's good a weird little things like that) then I demanded he do mine. He was the one that gave me my first one, and I was tired of having a full head of hair. Mohawks just make me feel better, I have no idea why.

but because of the way my hair was cut before (I had what David lovingly refers to as 'dike spikes' where its all short in the back and long in the front) I now have this freaky rooster-hawk thing going. It look pretty funny, but I kinda like it.

Hi, I've not been feeling the best lately and it's been made worse by the fact that my friend Merle just OD'ed and died.



he's the one on the far right with the pot leaf hoodie, he was the singer for my brother's band before they disbanded., from left to right it's my brother Mitch(gutair), Travis(bass), Gerald(just a cool dude that hangs out and roadies for them and shit), and Merle. you can also kinda see Phil's(the drummer) head between their shoulders.

Merle was a nice guy, but he had a pill problem, one that wasn't his fault. he woulda been fine if his bitch of a mother hadn't made him keep going back to the doc's to get more painkillers just so she could have some.

Death sucks. I remember once, Merle gave me a ride into Carson for a Koffin Kats show and didn't even ask for that much gas money. I'm gonna miss him.

So I basicly fail at life, well not really I guess. But I fail at what I was planning to do (get a job, save some money, move away) but I couln't even get hired at a fucking fast food place. So now, the only thing I can try to do is go to Job Corpes (because I'm too fucking poor for collage).

they pay for everything and teach you a trade, so I guess that's what I'll be doing. I gonna go in to the painting, and once I'm through with that, hopefully I'll have a better time finding a job.

If I really wanna be opptomistic about things, I'd say I was just gonna paint shit until I saved enough to go to film school, but I'll probably fail at doing that too...

It called Troll-A Love Story by Johanna Sinisalo and was translated from Finnish. It's all about this photographer guy who rescues this troll from these jackass kids outside his apartment building. Anyways, I started reading it this afternoon and couldn't put it down until I'd finished it (at like two in the morning).

And OH MY FUCKING GOD the ending...I literaly sat there for like two whole minutes just staring at the page with my mouth hanging open.

I'm not gonna give away the plot or ending or anything, 'cause you people should go out to your nearest library and fucking check this shit out. Seriously, one of the best books I've ever read, and I read a hell of a lot.

I mean, just, dude this book was crazy and wonderful and now safly nestled in my list of top ten favorite books of all time, I'm not quite sure where but it's in there (probably near the top).

So, I totally went to see The Rocky Horror Picture Show last night. The one in Reno is the largest one in the country, there were like eight thousand people there. It kicked some major fucking ass. They showed it at Lawler Event Center, which is where they do a lot of the big concerts, so there was floor space and seating in the stands. I think you had to actually buy the floor tickets(all the other ones were free) but me and my sis (who was totally a Rocky virgin) just snuck down there. We were gonna just jump the barrier when the lights went down, but some dude had stolen his friends some wristbands and they had two extra, so we just put them on and walked down there easy as you please. Last year I also had to sneak onto the floor, but they weren’t so watchful then and I just tagged along behind a group that was heading in.

Seriously, the only way to experience RHPS is on the floor, ‘cause it’s this giant group of people all doing the Time Warp at the same time. And when everyone throws the toilet paper, it’s like you’re enveloped in a cocoon on the stuff, freakin’ crazy.

Oh, and I saw my friend that was in my culinary class, when I went to Reno High for a few months last year. Which was cool. We actually became friends because he saw me at Rocky Horror last year. Last night he had on a very skimpy bit of lingerie, looked very nice on him. He and his friends had to jump the barrier to get onto the floor.

Then, when me and my sis were waiting for the bus, we were hanging out with these people who were funny as fuck. One of the guys had on a very short white nightie and frilly lime green panties. And when the light turned red he walked up to the cars and was like ‘how you doin’?’ and he would pole dance on the lamp post, it was so fucking funny. Then another of the guys had this strap-on that was filled with rice and had studs on it and he would wave it at the passing cars, so kickass.

Anyways, last night was flippin’ awesome.

I totally baked an apple pie yesturday. No, really. I did. From scratch. Even the crust was home made. and I totally climbed a tree to get the apples.

See, down the street from where I live in Reno, is this apple tree. and because I live in a stupid desert, the apples don't get that big, but they still taste good. Earlier, I had sent my brother down to the store to buy some shortning as I went apple picking. Well, while I was up in the tree, he walked by in his way back. I threw an apple at him and he looked down, my brother is such an idiot xp

well, anyway. I made a pie, and it didn't even burn *is proud*

Also, the only reason I had to climb the tree in the first place is 'cause I'm short and the best of the crappy desert apples were just out of reach.

So I was a Keva Juice, geting an orange sunrise type smoothy. and on the way out the door I saw a poster for the Rocky Horror Picture Show...showing. It's one of the largestest one in the country, the one they do here in Reno every year. So I got my ticket (which is free by the way, another reasong RHPS is so awesome)

I am dragging my step sis to it (she is a rocky virgin) now I need to stock up on rice and a squrtgun and all the other nessisties.

I'm still uber pissed at MTV for it's decion to re-make RHPS though.

I just found out that MTv is doing a remake of The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

this is possibly the worst dicison they have ever made in the stations existance, INCLUDING the end of acual music on the channle.

I mean seriusly, Rocky Horror is like an institution and no money-grubbing-suit-wearing-cigar-smoking-corprite assholes should be allowed to taint the fucking tradition that has built up around RHPS.

that movie opens doors to people, and the showings are something you can go to and not feel like a total freak for being what you are and likeing what and who you like.

Fucking MTV is jumping on the gay bandwagon 'cause they can see a profit in it, like it's some fag-fad that will go away soon but hey it here now so let's make some money.

My sis was watching The Soup, while I was on my lap top, and this came on and it was like fanfic come to life. so I searched for it on youtube and found it. so here it is, I don't usually go for harry/anyone 'cause he has the whole series, I like the other people lots better. But this thing is so full of epic win...

So, me and my sis went to a little carnival that was down on virgina street last night. I started talking to the golf-ball-in-the-tiny-cup-dude and he said the carnival was hiring. we just need to get up to Truckee next week and talk to a guy there and we could totally become carnies. he said it was only $40 a day for your bunk and you get 25% of what you bring in.

so I gotta find a way up to Truckee, 'cause it would seriusly rock to work for the carnival...okay so maybe I just want to be able to put carnie on my résumé

the 'd' botton has popped off my laptop... it's really annoying, 'cause it's a really important key to me. it's in like all my passwords. right now I have to be really careful about pressing the squishy-pointy-pressor-thing that's under all the keys. I don't want to mess it u any futher. I gotta get some tape or something so I can put the tile thing back on.

also, all my efforts at making money are failing epicly. I went to the plasma center, they give you like $30 for every donation. but I find out my vains are too deep and therefore unsutible for giving blood. okay, fine I can deal with that. but then I gather up a bunch of cloths to sell at the Junkee clothing store, and they only buy like one shirt and a pair of Dickies(apperently all my shit is too worn out).

And I'm still waiting on call backs on all the apps I turned in to various stores. though someone should be calling tomorrow, 'cause I went down there today to check on the progess. so maybe soon I might have a job.

still, I tired of all my hopes being dashed to peices...

1) A Clockwork Orange, Alex is horroeshow sexy and the movie/book is really psychological and mind opening, if you havn't seen/read it I highly sugest you click and do so.

3) Harold and Maude, Harold likes to go to funerals for fun and commit fake suicides, Maude is his soulmate. the soundtrack is one of my most favorite.

Anyways, one of the best movies ever, it's set in Paris and is this increddible love story between these twins(brother and sister) and a guy that came to France to study French or something in the 60's and got sucked into the film scene. it's such a great moive, they play it on IFC a lot, so if you get a chance to watch it I highly recommend you do so.

5) Monty Python and the Holy Grail, I suggest coconuts migrate... seriusly though, one of the best comidies in the world. I have it memorized and watch it at least once a week, it just never gets old.

I'm around way too many drunk people on a constant basis. My dad (who I'm temporaily liveing with until I save up enough to move me and my step-sister out) drinks way too much beer. he buys like a case every other day and when he's drunk he either trys to make a joke out of everything or yells at me to get a job. last night ('cause by now it's fucking morning) he yelled at me that I needed to get a fucking job, I told him I had an interview the next day at Payless, but he just yelled that I needed to get a job again. seriusly, uncool.

and that's just my dad, his wife is way worse. I have yet to see her without some type of drink in her hand. she is an angry drunk and the reason I moved out of my dad's in the first place last year. she yells and screams and blames everybody but herself for her shitty ass life.

then, most of my friends drink way too much too. Like David (see Casulites post), he's one of my only true friends. but he drinks way more than any 18 year old should. I used to live alone in a one bedroom trailer, and David always brought people over so they could party there. and me being the anti-social, attenion craving emo-girl I am inside, let him. one time he passed out and I dumped him on my bed to sleep it off, 'cause thats what friends do right? well he desided that getting up to go to the bathroom isn't worth it, and pisses my bed, and as if that wasn't enough he pukes all over it too. but you know, I don't really care, yeah I was pissed at the time for like an hour. but he's my friend and I can forgive shit like that, 'cause that's just what he does when he gets drunk; pisses on stuff.

David also likes to come over and get my dog high, which Duke loves him for. I don't like pot much, it's kinda pointless, so I let David eat my Wheat Thins and string cheese, and I put cranberry juice in the freezer for him, because he loves that. I think David was accually, my only real friend, he liked my kind of music (at least the punk) and really cared, dispite what I wrote before, he really does care. Plus I trust my dog's judgement, Duke doesn't like boys very offten, but he took to David right away. and it wasn't just cause of the pot either, my mom had been smokin' Duke out for years. (I found this out like three months ago, I really have a messed up family)

I think that's enough rambling for now...

I went to The Casualties the other night, and it kicked some major fucking ass. The first band was okay, the second one was kinda crappy. then Time Again went on and they rocked so fucking much I went to the merch tables and traded back the Casualties patch I had bought and bought a Time Again one instead, the merch guy totally high fived me and said he was gonna tell the band 'cause it was the coolest thing ever.

then when the Casualties went on I totally jumped on stage and moshed. That's another thing I love about punk shows, they encourage people to stagedive and jump up on stage and mosh around them.

My friend Stephen was there too, I havn't seen him sense school let out, so that was cool. My friend David was also there, which totally suprised me, 'cause I thought he was in Cali. I also bugged my Bro into comming and he had fun, so hat was also pretty kickass.

I had to take the bus back, and I couldn't find the stop and had to walk like fifteen blocks 'til I found one (I was so tired) and then I had to switch buses to get close to my dad's place. anyway I didn't get home until like one in the morning and didn't go to sleep until like 5 in the morning, even though I was fucking exhusted. I get the worst insomnia during the summer, plus it's way too hot and the air conditionar is broken, and I have to like sleep in a recliner.

So me and my, well I'm not quite sure what she is to me, maybe a step-neise 'cause her grandma married my dad, but she's like a year older than me so that's kinda weird. so I'm just gonna say she's my step-sister, thats less confusing.

Anyway, we were searching the web for apartments in Vegas and she was writting down the address of one as I said it. and the name of the street was Michael Way, it didn't register for like three seconds, then we both busted up laughing at the same time.

I mean, seriusly, it was so fucking funny. or maybe I'm just a bit fangirly, but I so want to live on that street now...

So, I've decided that when I move down to Vegas that I'm gonna be a vegiterian. I really don't like meat all that much anyways (except Chinese food 'cause that stuff is the shit and will probably be the only thing to temp me after I start)

I really like vegiterian dishes more than other ones, and moving to Vegas is like the start of a new life. so I gotta make some big changes about my self and this seems like a logical choice.

oh, and on a semi-relaited note; I bought an MCR belt the other day at Spencers. my friend was making fun of it 'cause it wasn't made out of real leather and said it was a rip off. but I thought about it and relized it was probably more because Frank is all vegitarian (vegan? I can never remember) and wouldn't want their merchendise to be made out of helpless cows that just want to hang out and eat grass. so I don't think it was a jip that it was man-made material. plus it's a kickass belt <---see I told you

So I got my tattoo yesturday, it didn't hurt as much as I thought it would. I ended up getting it on the inside of my forarm, right before the elbwo bend y'know? it's hard to explain.

It feels way cool to know I no longer have bare skin, and I really need to start saving up my monay so I can get another one...I gonna end up looking like Frank haha.

I was talken to my brother, who has the Megadeth sign with a bunch of skulls around it on his hand, about how we were gonna get sleeves eventully. I told him about my 6655321 tat idea and goes and pulls out this fucking awsome tee shirt from his bag, it was the coolest Clockwork Orange shirt I have ever seen and I tried to steal it from him but he wouldn't let me 'cause he said it was his friends.

well to get back on track with my story, the first shop we went to the people were all rude and shit so we left and and went to find another one. there like ten million tat shopes in Virgina street in Reno, so no worries there. The next one we went to the people were all cool and set us up right away, mine only cost $60 and my friend's was only $125 (they wanted $150 at the other shop)

Danny, the guy who did my tatt, looked all rockabilly and he was pretty funny.

so, all and all, a pretty satifying day.
